Very quiet, I always feel wanted. It's close to subway, Safeway, and other stores. Rooms are large, and clean.
The owner is very involved in this hotel and does not allow just any trashy people on the property. Good for them . It was so nice not to see any trash at This hotel you run a clean ship Mike . Keep up the good work.
Friendly all around good experience.. Having a manager that watches everything going on outside all the time was like a big fuzzy security blanket
I needed a budget room for a quick trip to the Seattle area that was central to various things. I found the New West Motel. I didn't expect fancy but I got a decent room with all the basics I needed that was clean and close to places I wanted to go to. The manager was polite, courteous, and helpful. I'll stay here again when I return.
Really quiet and laid back. Can't beat the price and the caretakers are husband and wife who are the nice. The room was cleaner than any other one I've been too. I normally clean up a room but it was immaculate.
Great place for an good price. Management is friendly but absent. Night manager is a bully.

The sheets smelled terrible. But at least the room was functional and the staff was friendly
If it wasn't for the current management I wouldn't be here. Great place for the working man to call home. John keeps the motel in excellent condition and dose a fantastic job of keeping tenants safe and rested.
great customer service, very friendly, comfy bed, ac works, and at the end of the day all your staring at is the back of your eyelids. So with that being said once that happens you won’t know the difference spending 200 a night at hamptons or 75 there and get the same sleep. I recommend this place for the price and friendly staff.
